The purchaser has as available the services of the legal representatives of the
marketer in perfecting the title deed upon payment of the agreed legal fee. |

The purchaser shall be indemnified by the realtors against incumbents or challenges
by any person on the property. |

The marketer shall not be liable for any penalty loss injury damage or expenses
arising from any delay or failure in the ultimate perfection of the transaction. |

The terms of payment of fee for service rendered by the marketer shall be as prescribed. |

The order is liable to cancellation unless accepted by the vendor. |
